Help on installing SIS files....

Hi,
Is it possible to install .SIS files without th NOkia PC Suite?
What happens if I send the files to my phone via Ir? can I install from my Inbox?

Same question goes to .jar files...

Yes , just send it via IR to your phone it will appear as a text in your INBOX and then install....
