i think you got it wrong...

pvauthor converts movie file types like mpeg, avi and stuff to mp4 so you can watch it on your phone...

pvauthor demo is downloadable from their site www.packetvideo.com/tools/

you can use hantro 3.3 or realplayer to watch the converted videos...

you can now watch mtvs and movies having file sizes of 1 - 4mb.
