I am currently gathering technical info about the 3650/7650 in order to write a *real* emulator (not x86 based). So far I have the firmware (something you need for emulation), but no memory map. Does anyone know which chips are used inside both of these phones? Datasheets for the various parts (cpu, lcd, eeprom, ...) would sure come in handy.

Look there are some tech docu.

http://www.vorstedt.com/7650/Service%20manual/

but i think u should look also at Nokia and __Symbian__ sites. They have a lot of docs.

Real emu will be nice ;-) As I have only sparc to code-test :-((

I have the Symbian SDK but it only has an x86 emu, not an arm based one, see original question :-)

x86 cpu = pc
arm cpu = 3650/7650
