Help with Nokia8290 please

Hi.
I am currently working on a new experiment on Nokia 8290, I know this is GSM and work on 1900Hz frequency only.
My question is:
IS it possible to make it a dual band: so it can work on both 900 and 1900Hz?
Can any one help please.
