6210 mic problem

hi,

I have a strange problem with a 6210 mic, its working but the other side can hear you but its seem you are fare away of the mobile, even if you talk very loud its the same.
I all ready change new mic, but still no results.
With a headset its working fine. Have someone a idea what ik could be.
