people my IR adapter just died. is there a way to use a bluetooth usb adapter with XP and the nokia suite. I tried it before but i could not get ik to work properly.

haven't tried the suite
never like those software that comes with hardware
file transfer has been working fine with me

I've had a bad experience between an USB Bluetooth key an pc with winXP.

The file transfert with the bluetooth key software work very properly but Nokia PC Suite can't connect to my phone ...

I'm waiting for a new key which normally arrive today, i try it this evening and will let you know tomorrow about the reference if it's working.

Of course you can.. I'm using XP with bluetooth usb adapter..

Fisrt you need to set Bluetooth Serial Port in mRouter..
Usually ComPort 5..
Paired your devices and open bluetooth program then select bluetooth services > Bluetooth Serial Port..
After clicking OK you will see mRouter icon flashing in taskray..
Its done, now you can work with PCSuite..
:D

for the experience i've made a week ago, i do exactly what you says and mRouter icon was flashing in systray but PC Suite was not connected !!!! :(

Try to install Widcomm's BT driver to connect your phone to pc...

I have the same problem... you see mRouter icon flashing in taskray is connected, but PCSuite can't find your phone connection.

Otherwise I can download pictures and so on... but I want PC Suite to work!

have anyone an idea?... :-?
