3650 TRIBAND - can be used in America
7650 DUAL-BAND - cant

ah, is the 3650 much bigger in size?

yeah, it's a lot bigger but also a lot better!

-cam is better
-quality of speech is better
-battery is better
-phone is cheaper
-you can change covers
-you can make videos
-you can use a bluetooth headset

3650 is not much bigger if bigger at all! Also is much lighter than 7650 and 3310 which I had before it. Lots of friends have commented on how light it is, battery in 3650 is better as well!

3650 is better, i know, but i think it is damn ugly, the 7650 has a better look. I know, it is all about taste, but that was my main reason NOT to buy a 3650 ;)

The only thing that makes it ugly is the keypad..

In Melbourne , Australia they are already selling New Housing to..

Cover the Lens at the back (Sliding up and Down)
Change the keypad, different layout (Like a Conversion kit)

This weekend i will be buying both, soon as i do i will take heaps of pics for you all...

kewl!!!! finally someone thought of protecting the lens and changing the keypad layout....

i like to see those pics... hope those casings will be available here in ph soon.

i think we have a weeennnneerrrr! keypad conversion sounds excellent, one more Q about the lens cover, does the facia cover the lens? i mean if u were to get a scratch on the lens would changing the facia change the protective cover of the lens (basically does the facia cover the lens, if not then wont it get scratched?)

The New housing, the back cover is the same a normal Nokia 3650 back cover, but there is a little piece extra that can move up and down similiar to the Nokia 6650.

Its a bit hard to explain, i have only seen it once, i will have plenty of pics over the weekend.

As for the Keypad, have you guys ever seen a Nokia 5210 made to look like a 7210/6610, it can be done, the key pad button are moved around and fit under a new housing...

i have ordered 50 lens covers housing's because apparently they are only sold in Australia, i will be selling them as soon as i get them..

ascriba cant wait, the scratching of the lens kinda worries me, i mean say u leave it on ur desk and somehow the cover gets scratched how difficult would it be to get it replace
