Netmonitor 1.0 cracked by LuckyLuke... what is it?

Hi there...
I downloaded yesterday the App "blacklist" from schizo´s group...
In the info-file i read about the luckyluke-releases and there is "Netmonitor 1.0"
Is this a ful Netmonitor for use at all firmware or is it just the old that only works at 3.16?
And where could i find it?

It works only in 3.16.. I've tried it on 3 different 7650 with 4.39 with any result :(

Any "modder" can adapt this great (and 4 me indispensable) software to newest firmware? :confused:
