clips from kaazzaa

hi guys, ok ive just downloaded some cool boxing mpgs i wanna put on my phone, i downloaded them from kaazaa but ive heard thats alot of the files on kaazaa r carrying viruses, so wot wud be the best way of finding out which one has a virus or not? :S cause i wanna put the clips on my phone to view, but i wont put them on until im certain the clips aint carrying viruses... please guys

If youve got a decent av program on your pc it should have already scanned them for viruses
