I think your RAM memory is full just try to restart the phone and hopefully that will fix it. Also maybe you have to many programs loaded in the background....
ii have restarted a few times, how do i know wot programs r running in the background? so i can stop them if im not using them

try using "task manager" (thanks to schizo for telling me about this great apps). it could compress your memory and kill any running programs.
:)
is task manager easy to use? will it show me which programs r running in the background?
ok ive installed taskmanager to my phone, but i cant find the icon to access it, when i check my application mamager it shows its installed, but where i dunno:( can someone help me out here plz
thank you

Do you have 'app man' installed.... It's a great program.
It shows:
Summary,
running apps,
processes,
Open Files,
and Installed Apps.
It also includes a memory compression option.
If you don't have it get it now from www.franchesca.org

can you use both app man and task manager? cause i like the option in task manager where u can press the cursor button and it will take u directly to where u want does app man have that feature?

If you have the space there is no reason why you can't. I no longer use task manger I just use efilemanager for exploring my files and appman and the built in applications manager for looking at apps.
