Please, prompt the decision of a problem:
At replacement of language package Nokia 8210 it is switched off on some menus.
Tried already many different versions 5.30 5.26 5.31 all this gives identical result.
The network finds the device normally. To call it is possible.

Have you tried plugging your phone on mbus cable & using Noktool and clicking FAID after Flashing with new language pack?

If not, you need to click FAID to eliminate the error...

Before replacement of a language package phone worked normally!!
Then it is casual (I happy probably?) saved Backup has been removed.
Second time to me "has carried" when I have loaded flash to incorrect addresses.
After that I tried different versions flash, used virgin EEPROM.
After that made all relying procedures: Set Faid, change IMEI, Reset SP Lock, Set Faid,
Reset User Settings.
Phone completely works.
However on some menus on the display all vanishes.
Why???

the flash file you use is modifyed one right,so that's mean ,the is some error with the file, get a new/clean flash file and modify and only flash it into your hp.

If you already click FAID and you still encounter that error...
Have you modified any graphics? Or did you only add some language pack? If yes....
If you modified the graphics
1. Do not overlap graphics with text - coz you will have errors in you menus
2. Always correct checksum after editing!
If you only add some language pack or ringtones
1. Always use a PPM pack which has less language
2. You must always allocate a space for new languages/ringtones - delete a language you'll not gonna use then replace that with the language you gonna add
3. Words must not overlap the screen
4. Correct checksum automatically & manually
5. Use NFREE to check for PPM or MCU overlaps

Yeah, I had this problem not too long ago with a 3310! It had me stumped for ages! I worked out that a certain program that I was using to modify the fls, I think it was to add blinking SMS, was causing the problem! I've now added the blinking manually using PPMEdit (Very easy), and the menus re-appeared!;)
