Installation Log

Hey guys! Does anybody know how you edit the installation log on a N3650? It annoys me to see all the actions it performed on my phone like (software)-installed+ DATE or (software)-Removed +DATE

Just remove the log file in

C:\System\Install\install.log

The phone will automatically generate this file in the next installation.

so will my existing INSTALLED software be in the installation log again and the REMOVED ones remove? So that what will only be there in the installation log will be the installed ones, right?
