answering machines (multi programs) same problems

I have tested Smart Answer, Answer Machine, and Call Manager

All have given same results. When I setup the greeting message, it will play just fine with the software, but when someone calls they don't hear anything. So far I like Answer Machine the best, so if you know of a fix/solution please reply in response to that. However if you only know of a fix/solution for one of the other two please respond as I have no idea what is wrong. Tested mutliple versions and my 3650 is firmware 2.54

Actually I thought maybe a firmware update would do it (I have V2.50) but now you just confirmed it it's the software there not really made to work with the 3650 yet. I guess just have to wait for newer versions.....

I can't get them work either. When the program i supposed to play the "welcome message" the caller gets the message "busy" and it hangs up.

I also tried the 3 programs mentioned above (smart answer, answering machine, and call manager), I'm also experiencing the same problem, the caller can't hear the recorded message. I'm currently using a 3650, I can't figure out what the cause of the problem is, I'm sure I got the settings right.

Does anyone know if all or any of the above-stated programs run flawlessly on the 7650?
