6210 not working keypad

Hy all
Please helpmy repair 6210 keypad problem .No working key 6,7,8,*,0,#, vol up,cancel ,stop call and down.In manual service is col 3 and 4.pcb is ok testing mad to keypad ,v450 is ok changeit and r301 is ok testing.Have any idea to repair ?:confused:

check crystel ...near in prosesser...

like 3210 ..

just change it and than check ..
