what's best for dct-4

anyone can recomend what product is best for unlocking / flashing units such as 3510,3510i,3530,3650,5100,6100,6510,6310,6310i,6610,7210,7650,8310,8910,9210,9210i?

would appreciate any suggestions.

If you mean the type of cable such as MBUS, FBUS etc, MBUS will be your best bet

If you have a phone, which you can play around with, you should try many different unlocking programs.

My personal favourite is the forever updated version of NokiaTool, and Nokia ALL unlocker.

For flashing DCT-4's I use a Griffin Gold box.
