open Flash File by Hex Workshop find 7809 4388 0600 change 4388 to 43C0 Save ,Check CRC by NokiaManager 0.91 ready to Flash , detail you can find from this board.

I have try using software method change the HEX code...but i think still small bug for it...maybe have to buy LCD convert sticker...how much price is it ??? what the name for it ???

try gnolite1.7 to make a software inverted display, its very easy:D

Mostly software method i try is left small normal frame on side of the screen.

BTW i want to give a shoot for gnolite...tellme how to use with it...

ok first you klick the button "open" and choose your flashfile , then you check the field "invert lcd", then klick the button "patch"


then klick the button "Kill MCu Check", thenklick the button "kill flash ckeck/faid, then klick the button "fix all checks"

than save the file, and flash the file into your handy

I have tried this...but when i get info from Noktoll MCU is dead...

R u sure too click the "KILL" thingy ?? :confused:

Mr. Astral,

Where have U been?

Kill it, it's ok. ;)

Anyway, U should keep at least one backup original.

With G3n0lite, it will be no full invert, only the 84*48 pixel area is inverted.

the "kill" thingy is for killing the mcu & faid checks. it doesn't damage the flash in any way!

But still no good to see write "DEAD MCU" on Nok Toll Info he..he..

I have try to not the "kill" (ohh...my poor Flash File...)

But it only succeed on some phone ??? right ???

Coz MOTOROLA V70 have a very nice looking by it's LCD...he..he..

BTW NOKNOK...howz your 8210...??? still Baby or have you turn it to Wolfverine ??? he..he...send me the Flash File...

Why ???? seems i really have to buy Converting LCD STICKEr...

No, don't use that method by changeing the string! Use Genolite and it won't blink!

coz i have tried to 3310 and 8250, it's always blink...

and 6110 it tottaly Contact Service (sigh)

And why you stop me to use the LCD convert Sticker ??? is that harm ???

use g3n0lite 1.6 or 1.7 not 1.7b (has bugs)

patch a CLEAN mcu+ppm with the inverted lcd and it will NOT BLINK :)

Ofcourse he's sure - why else wud he post it :rolleyes: :rolleyes:



have a play around - you learn more and its mor rewarding when it works

And NO dont buy the sticker - just dont - not when easier/cheaper with software :p

Yes, but would that harm our batt? The sticker just will polarize (bad english) your screen, and wouldn't it slow down our CPU?

BTW, Milky, is all nokia phone will be have same treat with tis method ???

Or differ according to the NOKIA type ????

And Boe...( Boooo) i think , the sticker is only harm our wallet...

easier? i convert a display of every nokia in few minutes, i don`t have any problems with this method

it looks much better, and even its faster (to flash a flashfile with rollis/knock takes ~15minutes)
