Tried installing it but it eats up a lot of dynamic RAM, i can no longer run apps like Photographer when it is running in the background. When my 3650 is freshly restarted, smart launcher running, i only have less than 1mb of memory left (sometimes as little as 500kb).
it's a nice program though but leaves little for me in terms of running/using other apps.
any other experience?
No such problem on the 7650 im using launcher with IM+ running in the background and can still open and use Photograper without any memory problems.

the 7650 has more dynamic RAM than the 3650. TNX.

i have eprofiles pro, screensaver, taskmanager installed. i uninstall taskmanager before installing smartlauncher. i then reset my 3650 and available RAM is so little that i cannot run large apps like photographer 2.
with taskmanager, available RAM after a reset is more than 2mb.

3650 and 7650 have the same dynamic memory.
i guess it depends on how the phone is set up.
i am using 3650. and no memory problems:)

is there a way we can make the RAM bigger? like making use of the extra space in the MMC?

You can use a program PHONEINFO.
I think it shows your available system memory..........
