Why not just download midi files from the net, there are a lot of sites that offer free midi files. As long as your pc is infrared or bluetooth capable, you can send these midi files directly to your phone. The 7650 is midi compatible.

it's not easy,and there are 2 ways:
1)you have a midi instrument like a keyboard(yamaha xg,and like that)and you can play it
2)you still knows how to play some instruments, and use a program like cubase from steinberg.
it's not easy.

Midi (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) is actually a protocol used for communication between various devices, mostly synthesizers, samplers computers etc.
If you want to "create a midi-file", I suggest you download a sequencer (Logic and Cubase are the 2 most commonly used) and start composing! Be patient though, It's not as easy as it sounds.... ;)
