some tips:
- try to install anything to your MMC
- configure your camera and video recorder to store files to MMC
- configure the messaging center to store msg to MMC
to uninstall any software:
- Tools > Manager
- select the program that you want to remove
- press "option" and select "remove"
furthermore, sometimes it's good to format your phone. however, please make sure that you already BACKUP all your contacts (will be erased when you format your phone). PCSuite is needed in order to do the backup.
here's how i normally format my phone:
- backup my calendar and contacts
- uninstall all the apps and softwares
- format MMC
- format phone (by pressing *#7370#)
- synch ONLY calendar and contacts
- then you have a "new" 3650
some recommended software (i think) :)
- SeleQ for 3650 (file explorer) *MMC friendly
- HipCam (to record video longer than 100K) *MMC friendly
- Photographer (good alternative for pic taking) *MMC friendly
- Mp3Go (mp3 player) *MMC friendly
- Remote S60 (control your phone using PC) *MMC friendly
(i use this to save my thumb from pressing the small buttons, prefer the keyboard :))
I guess this is slightly out of topic... but well.. what the heck... :)

maybe better not to delete any files manually from any file explorer unless you know what you doing...
another thing that you might want to try is to restart your phone in "safe mode", this can be done by pressing and holding the "abc" button (pencil icon) before power on your phone... doing this your phone won't load any program that supposed to run at startup. do all the necessary (uninstalling things) then restart again to normal mode.
hope that helps...

PS: make sure not to do any changes/deletion in Z: drive :) unless you really sure... :)
