smart launcher bug!!!!

for all of you guys who charge your phone when it is off, it is best the you put the launcher off first. Because you would encounter a problem wherein the signal bar would pop out of the screen together with the "options" and the "back" on-screen buttons.

I beleive this is no BUG in Smart Launcher, it's a BUG in Phone.
Cause this happens too with One2Go & Task Manager, if you leave phone in standby mode, One2Go will appear, and also taskmanager makes something....
