How to send operator logos to unNOKIA phones?

I live in a small city in turkiya and was wondiring how to send an operator logo for example to my sisters phone which is a samsung?

I have Nokia logo manager and celysta mystyle on my communicator but how can it be done, I don't have any special cables.

P.s I was also wondering how you people listen to r n g (ringtones) files on your PC. what programes do you use.

using a nokia phone connected via cable to logomanager, i have sent a operator logo to a samsung t100 and a sony erricson t66.

not all t100 firmware supports operator logos as i have tried a few and not all work.
