problem after formatting 3650

an app has messed up my 3650 so i decided to format my phone using the *#7370#.

after the format i noticed that a feature/programming was lost. although my sim doesn't support dual line, originally my 3650's software has two types of ringing tone for line 1 and line 2. it can be seen in personalizing the profiles.

what could have happened? is there any way it could be reverted to the original setting? hopefully someone can enlight me with this situation.

Same thing happened to my phone. But since I don't use a line 2 it does not bother me...

i was just really wondering why it happened. since after formatting, the phone reads from the rom to install the factory settings, right?
