bluetooth problem

can any one help me.ive never used blue tooth before and when it tells me to enter a name i click ok and an error message comes up saying unable to perform bluetooth operation. HAs anyone had this problem or have any way to solve this

where can i get the software update from

Just walk into any NSC (nokia service centre) and ask them to do a firmware upgrade on your cell.. In ym country it is free but enquire if it'll cost you anything before hand...

well the best thing to do in your case is back your phone up to the computer using a bluetooth adapter or a infra red adapter... If you don't have both a smart thing to do (i'm not a n3650 user, i've still got a 7650) would be to copy all your pics and stuff from your MMC card to your phone, then format only your MMC card, and finally restore all you pics back onto the card....
