my 3650 is completly buggered.

system errors every time i open something then it closes. also when i start it i get about 7 errors. i cannot text it only comes up as numbers.

please please please can some one help me. i have no back-ups of my phone (im silly) how can i format the whole thing to as when i recieved it?

if theres someone who can help, its in this forum right?

look for the wildskinz solution in this forum. that caused the bug.

maybe you installed wild skins............ hard reset is *#7370#

yes *#7370# works for the 7650.. But make sure you don't interupt the formatting process otherwise you're cell can get permanently screwed up..

don't reset!!! try the wild skinz fix first as stated by schizo it definitely works!!!!

no need to go through the hassel of reformating the phone
