error after formatting ...

i was messing around with my 3650 and it kinda got buggy and all so i decided to format it , after reseting , it came up with this error:

App.closed
Maillnit
KERN-EXEC 0

any ideas ?
when i press OK , i do get a background and it does find my OP but i can't access the anything else no menu's at all... appricate the help!..

As soon as i wrote this and posted it , it hit me i still have the MMC in the phone so i toke it out and reformatted it and Bang it's working fine now.....
