i search a program , which can change the IMEI in the 3650 Phone !
if somebody have a program like this , please help me !

You can be inprisoned for 5 years by doing that. In most countries changing IMEIs is more illegal than stealing the phone ... since you literally turn a stolen phone into a non-stolen one.
