Hi,
the best way is, to exchange again a 3650 and put in a 256 MB MMC-card. And all your probs are gone...
But one is present: The sound quality - mono - is at both phone bad. But as entertainment for waiting - why not.

Is that an external bluetooth memory?
You mean that if i go somewhere without a PC or Laptop, i could send all my pictures to it! What's the storage capacity?

I use a pocketpc to send my pictures to via bluetooth or ir.
You can then see them bigger also.
There will be a toshiba bluetooth HD, but I don't think they will make drivers to use with symbian.
