8210 Hangs! Any Solutions???

My 8210 seems to like 'crashing' when I turn thhe phone on it will last about 5-10 seconds and then it freezes and turns off!

I have tried reflashing, Killing FAID/MCU chksums, I have tried to calculate FAID after reflash but am unable to do it as phone doesn't stay on long enough to doit!
I am really confused because it never used to do it then it did it on and off and it does it like this now!

And now I keep getting 'Contact Service' but I have a feeling this is due to wrong version of eeprom with the phone!

EEPROM's for all the versions are all the same, rite?

Hi mate i can mail you a full flash if u want inc. eeprom. This worked a treat for me when nothing else did.

What software version is it??
I have been having the most problem with the latest one!
Would you be able to post it instead??

I have done some searching again on the forum and found someone that had the same problem, he changed the ccont and this solved it!

Can anybody give me instructions on how to change this or does anyone in the UK do this cheaply??

Check first with eeprom tools if it says ccont failure just change it but if all ok try change the component near cpu it says 30p (ic with 6 leg) it solve my problem many times send me your result please

also I have checked with eeprom tools now and it says 'DSP Alive Test Failed' what does this mean??

Hi! May be it is a software problem i think..
I recieve this from eeprom tools:mcu eeprom interface test failed
and
eeprom tune checksum failed...on Nk 3310
So i flashed it whith full flash +virgin eeprom and everithing i ok..
/except the IMEI..i cant fix it ?!/
Try flash it again...
