As soon as I get PST tool you can have SPC/MSL unlock tool.

It's screenshot of so-called UQDM and it is availiable for free, you just have to search internet better :)
But it is not working with newest phones IMHO.

Btw, it's NokiaFREE so it's intended to be FREE )))
