Your explaination for Blinkin sms is great but, Is it work for Nokia 5510 and any kind series of Nokia?

You must have a phone that suppports unicode sending. Like 3310. Cause those chars are Unicode. You can check this this way: Menu-> Messages-> Message Options-> And now, if you see Character suppport there, you must change it to Automatic.
All DCT3 nokia support recieve Unicode messages.
