I have Problems with the Bluetooth Conection : Mobile - PC
I can send files to the phone , but not to the PC !
so I wanna update the firmware !

For : Nokia 3650
Langguage : German

Please help me ...
where can I download the firmware ?

Your Problem seems to be be your BT Adapter Soft. If you want to update your Firmware you must bring your phone to a NSC (Nokia Service Center) Latest Firmware for 3650 is 2.50. You could only Download the Firmware if you have a entrance (Zugang) to Nokia Partner Website. Than you need a Flash Adapter... Install Phoenix Software and so on. Try to send a send a file to another S60 Device and if this works you must configure your BT Adapter!
