Example:

I have an Photographer, and I want to change it's icon, how can I do it?? What is an icon file ??

Is it .aif file ??

How can I edit this file???

i just want to change an icon od any program (not nokia) on the main menu...

I downloaded some icons from the internet and then used 'icon cool editor' (downloaded from the net) to change the format to jpeg then I sent them to the phone and used skin editor to insert them where I wanted them

and, what a pitty, it looks like launcher :(
i would like to get an app that changes ONLY the icons and not everything.. i lkie the menu the way it is, i only dont like the icons.

and btw: launcher takes up too much space, battery and peformance in my opinion.
