HI!
What is the G, left corner, up? This is a "antenne symbol",no?
Using the gprs wap, G in the box (understand?), not using GPRS, is simple G. Why? Why not the "antenne symbol"?
How making full factory reset on my 7650 with the keypad?
Sorry for my very bad english...:-)

That means you have some program open that's using GPRS, not sending anything, but it has half-open a connection. Just quit all the programs, or reset the phone, you should get the antennae symbol again.

To restore factory settings, type *#7370# with the phone plugged in the charger.

You're almost correct. Yeah, that G means you're connected via GPRS. However, its only actually sending/receiving data when its in the box. Otherwise, you're connected to GPRS but not using it.

I find I get better signal on my phone when having it connected to GPRS constantly. However, if you would prefer to have the phone stay on GSM, follow the instructiosn below.

Go to Tools>Settings>Connection>GPRS

Change the "GPRS Connection" from "When Available" to "When Needed".

After setting that, your phone will stick to GSM and only use GPRS when an application needs it.
