help! cant connect my fone!

i haf been using my infra red cable fine b4, then i dun noe wat happened, my pc suite cant detect my fone, even thou the infra red cable detects my fone.

therefore, i cant install anything else... i dunno wat happened, anyone can help me out here? thanx
