Flasher cable probs

I just made a flasher cable(can be used as m/bus) but when i try to read the flash of the the phone, it tell me cannot read, power of mobile first with rolis 4.79??

Check connections, pin alignment...

I will try using it on windows xp but i must download userport

If it does'nt work on win98 it wont wirk on xp.

with xp it works but when i try to upload the mcu and ppm it tells me that nhm does not support images or the flash is incmplete
