:( I have been trying out some of the software available - but on certain software I get the error "MSVBVM60.DLL" is missing I have searched my drive and only found "MSVBVM50.DLL". I have searched Microsoft for updates and found 18 Different Versions of "MSVBVM60.DLL"
can anyone please help. !!!!

Thanks it got rid of that error message........... Unfortunatley it has now bought up another file "MSCOMCTL.OCX" file is missing or invalid.... I think this could go on for ever !!

what operating system are you using ?

it could be a software package I did not download when I installed windows - i did standard install ???

:D Well it worked after downloading Visar's "dll" then going to "google" for a quick search of the next one I finally accessed the software.
