Changing Skin of Launcher

I downloaded the Launcher for 3650.i also got dl some skins for me.Anyone can teach me how to set the skin for it?When i go to the settings to select skin for the launcher.it says no data.How do i transfer the skins i dl in my inbox to the launcher skin folder?

you know to download the skin editor to imprt the skins from inbox so that smartlauncher can use. Its free.

I've tried sending skins by email and bluetooth and in each case the Skin editor doesn't see anything !! (no data)

Have somebody any idear ???
