I have the same problem with the *.mp4 files...

..I have thought the files will be coverted by the Nokia Suite ??

hey i found that pv player will play .mp4 and i have got the simpsons to work although there was no sound and I cant find a crack. Try this alternative. Find the app called Helix. I was able to make a full length .rm movie (1.5 hours) that was 20 megs.
