Nokia multimedia converter version 2 beta 2 prob

i donwloaded this from the forum.nokia site and tried installing on 3 PC's, all of which it failed, the response i got is attatched to this post

any help wud be appreciated

cant see and attachment but its 1 of a few things
its is either
1 you have not installed it to a xp or 2000 OS
2 you have not installed the Java VM
