In what difference 5110 and 5110i thanks
Whether probably to convert 5110 in 5110i?

I've just realised, I have like 7 of the 5110i's sitting here and I just thought the were standard 5110's! So as far as I can see, there's no difference other then the cover!!!;)

yes there is. as far as i know, 5110 has 1MB flash, 5110i 2MB flash.
once i was trying to flash 5110 with 5110i flash, and i was a little bit blind because didn't notice they were different size.

or maybe my problem was that chinese ppm.. but still mcu was too big.

chunkhead, if you have 1MB 5110i flashes, please share, i would like to see it.

Hmmmmmmm....... very strange!!! Attached is a picture of Rolis whilst reading a 5110i! Rolis clearly states that the 5110i is NSE-2!, But my IMEI sticker claims that this IS a 5110i and is an NSE-1NY! The phone functions perfectly also!!! :confused:

how about 5110i flash in attachment?
now i'm really interested, you have 5110i that has 1MB flash, not that 2MB flash i have (asian).

rolis accept only 2MB NSE-2 flash.
i checked that 5110i flash i have, mcu had over 50% empty space.
so, i cut it and changed languages to only comm, english & finnish.

should replace NSE-2 to NSE-1, but have no 5110 to test.

Hmm, if Mcu has 50% free space, i think it can be upgrade like 6150 v5.23p, so is it possible to upgrade 5110i to have animated menus, and picture message support? :)

Well I just tried a 6150 flash in the 5110i! No good! The 5110i wants to flash to 0500000, but the6150 only flashes to 0400000!

Actually not think about to flash a 6150soft into a 5110i...
But it might be possible to Upgrade a 5110i flash which has these +stuffs...
