Problem Running Citymaps & Route Planner software

Hi friends

I am facing this problem when i run the applications

On Citymaps I get this error on executing it

Application Closed

Application Tom Tom Citymaps
Reason Code KERN-EXEC
Reason Number 3
----------------------------

On Route Planner I get this error on executing it
--------------------------
Application Closed

Application Route Planner
Reason Code No database
Reason Number -1
--------------------------
I have also installed London maps on it....
so why am i getting this errors on bothe applications

Kindly suggest me what should be done to run both applications


ANd Has anyone Got maps of India or Major citoes of india..plz mail it to me on [email protected]

download the map and after that those app.....just try it from the first ...okey enjoy

I get the same messages of a "KERNEL-EXEC 3" message! I've installed and uninstalled about 10 times... Still the same problem!!

just stumbled on the solution !!!

You have to install SWISSA fonts in order for the progs to run properly!!:) :) :)

You can get them at the NOKIA.com 9210i site!

can somebody suggest what is the exact problem i still get the same errors even after installing in the following way

1) installed swissa fonts
2) installed london maps
3) installed citymaps
4) installed routeplanner

can anybody help me out plzzzzzzzzzzz
