Hey, i dunno what to do...I used the *#7370# code to reset my phone.
But now I canīt do anything...i only have the "start screen". When I
push Camera or Fav. it says System error. I also canīt open the menu.
Can anybody tell me what i have to do...?!

Hi Guys,

I have noticed a major fault with this message thats comes up, and you can even avoid formating the phone (3650/7650, itried both)

If you have Active Desk installed and it has been compressed with stacker, when you restart the phone, you will get a system error Message, i Decompressed it and left it unzipped, and i get no more system error message....

if anyone else has this program please report it..

Not sure wheather its a fault with Active Desk or Stacker..

some system errors are caused by STACKER... that's why i don't use STACKER nor SPACE DOUBLER anymore...

way back windows 95... i was using a stacker-like program to compress applications and it cause so much probs with my pc... this may apply to our fones today.

the only solution is to use a bigger mmc card.

reformat your MMC using a siemens SL45.

finally i can used back by formatting the MMC using card reader. Thk all.

dear all;


i faced the problem on my 7650 when i used the taskmanager to restart my phone, the option that i used was reset phone

now i cannot access my phone !!!!!!

can you instruct my to solve this problem

Those system errors can be caused not only due to stacker. It's known that a few apps CAN'T be "stacked" but system errors have been reported relatively ot "dangerous" apps like WildSkinz and the newly discovered PhoneSecure and KeyStick.

system error after you format your phone using *#7370# becouse mmc not format too, try power on your phone without mmc, i promise and sure your phone is ok, its mean the problem in your mmc, solutions is try format your mmc using mmc card reader :cool: :D

If the system error occure when start the phone and can not go to any menu ... cause by mmc card ! The way to format the mmc card with ur phone while system error is to power on the phone and press the pencil button... this way to by pass and can go to menu to format ur mmc card. No need to format ur mmc card external!!!
