what size leds fit in 3310/15's

Hi I've just got a T6 screw driver and swaped the lcd from my old phone to my new phone cause I like the contrast of the old lcd's better, any way while I had the phone apart I noteced that it doesn't look to difficilt to chang the led's, the only problem is what size is the best fit, I've looked on the net and found people saying the 1206, 0805 and 603 sized leds fit so I'm abit confused. I'd like to change my leds to and amber or red colour and my friend wants very bright white. So any help as to wich size is the best fit and the britest leds for 3310's would be appreceated thank you.

you need 0805 leds.

take a look at my site for various colours, blue and white are teh brightest but red do look good too. www.irwebonline.com

I bought a Sagem unlock kit from these guys and basically it doesnt work.

He sent back an email stating that new versions of the MYX3 had been released since the advert was published however the Advertisement is still up on there site as being able to unlock all MYX3s. After that they dindn,t reply to my emails.

Just to lett you all know dont be fooled by these cowboys.

The 33xx takes the 1206 and 0805 led's! I personally use the 0603's! All I do is have them suspended in a solder bridge! It's easy to do and then you can buy them in bulk, 'cos the 0603's fit in all the phones! They are also brighter!

Thanx chunk that's exactly what I ended up doing and ended up with light blue leds on the lcd and deep blue on the keys:)
