Insert sim message with Nokia 6110

Hi guys! Im having a problem with my nokia 6110, it keeps on displaying the message insert sim card even if i've already placed the sim card. Kindly give me some pointers on how to fixed it. Also, if you have the schematic diagram of the said unit, kindly give them to me. Thanks a lot in advance.:(
