Phone Startup Failed

Can anyone help me last night i was putting Real one on to the 7650 after about 5 mins the phone froze so i turned the phone off and when i turned it back on all i got was the error message

''Phone Startup Failed contact the retailer''

has anyone experienced this cause im screwed if i cant sort it. its a friends phone..
please respond ASAP its very urgent

i think the firmware is 3.14 it was manufactured in january

but since you installed realone, it might be a memory problem...

sir you have to reformat your phone using a griffin box or nelix box.. if you dont have one just go to a nokia service center or any one that has the tool to flash your 7650.

Can u tell me what those things are you mentioned, griffin box or nelix box? and would this be covered under warrenty from nokia? the phone is only 3months old?

griffin and nelix are the tools that can re program the phone software with out this tools you cant reprogram the phone..any way just try bringing your phone to a authorize nokia service center and try asking if your unit can still be covered by the warranty if not the youl have to pay for the repair:)

the guy is on his way to me now and hasnt a clue that his fone is after crashing out...!!
so i have to explain this stuff to him and let him know it was'nt my fault..
