3390>3330? is it posibble?

well, i have a 3390 from usa, but my country only works in 900/1800 hz :(
can i flash the 3390 phone with a 3330's flash+eeprom ?

Well the 3390 is more like the 3310 and yes you could flash it with a 3310 Full flash

BUT

You still will not get any signal AS its hardware based.

The main board its self that decode and encodes the signal it costs more than a new phone unless you can get a second hand one.

i can chg 3390--3310 if 3390 cpu is V16(Tear open the RF IC changes the circuit with changes VCO....)
,but some 3390 cpu is V18... you know 3310 no V18 cpu only v16!
if anyone have 3310 flash is read from V18 cpu phone tell me i can buy for you...an teach you chg 3390--3310!

How about sharing how u change from 3390 to 3310 for V16 CPU ?

It might be that the newer 3310 firmware works with the v18 CPU
