Try flashing a Virgin Eeprom!
Sometimes when you flash a phone with just the mcu+ppm then it will erase a bit of the Eeprom.
Make sure you change the IMEI back to the original if you get it working!

When u flash it and need power use the charger instead it acts as a battery!;)

It did flash the EEPROM quicker because it is a smaller file! ;) Also here is a site where there a few separate MCU's + PPM's:

Good Luck! :)

If u get the same prob wid a different network try resetting FAID. If that don't work maybe it is a hardware problem.
Good Luck

if it comes on but doesnt get a signal, use rolis479 or logomanager and an mbus cable to enable teh full R&D net monitor. now look at test number 01, and tell us what the screen says.
if a 3310 doesnt get signal, you usually have to quick set the faid (knok95), reset the SP locks, do a full factory reset, set imei back to original and quick set the faid again.
this can be very confusing for a phone that is on.. it might reset several times and still appear to be useless, so power off and plug a charger in instead. if you can see the battery bars growing, then the phone is listening to commands

@Boss1986
I have found if you just update FAID it doesn't do anything. So I reflash it and then apply FAID and reset factory defaults.

If you read the flash off the phone and Kill the FAID chksum you will not have to set it after you re-flash your phone, this will rule out the fact that the FAID needs setting!!
You can use G3n0lite to Kill FAID/MCU checksums!
