Serial Connectivity to 3650

Hi,
Nokia sells the 3650 in the US with only IR and bluetooth connected. I got a serial cable for this phone from a third party. Looks like a genuine cable. The mRouter keeps trying to connect on COM1 but there is no option in the phone that I can turn on to enable serial connectivity. Is there any software there I can download?

The seller advertised it as one with both F/M Bus functionality. And what is .45 ?
