Possible, but unless you are a professional HIGHLY unadvisable. Search google for 7650 clips, got a really nice black one from germany.

Hello,
The hardest part really is the back cover, from then on its pretty easy...
You will need an opening tool (or if you have steady hands or are impatient like me then two thin screwdrivers)
Open the back cover, then you will have 8 screws to contend with. First, take the camera, sim, and antenna block by unscrewing the four torx 6 screws that attach it. You will need a slightly smaller torx for the other screws furthur down from the cam.
now, once you have removed all these screws (and remembered where they go! because they are different sizes!), gently lift the board from the phone and watch out for the ribbon cable. Now you are into the front (with the rails still attached). The best advice i could give here is to not pry the cover off from the top, the screen is very delicate and will break if it is bent in the slightest. The tabs that hold the cover to the rail section is on either side, in the middle, so at this point I used something plastic to pry one of the sides open.
Now, you have the fascia seperated from the phone. so clean the buttons (mine were very dusty from use!) and put your new cover on and clip it to the rail section. The rest is self-explanatory :)
Rgds,
Jon
