Unlocking and Reparing All Siemens

Hi all,
When open my siemens 6618,
the light just light up a while and have sound buzz a while
than notting happen.
I use 2.09 to write 6618_0108.flx also same.
Can i repair it with write map?
And y my map all is 0xff

can you generate map files for siemens MT50 ?
i have the maxim dongle kit but mine does not go up to the MT 50 model.
i tried to unlock this phone using maxim unlocker for M50/MT50
now shows as wrong software when i swich it on then swiches it self straite off.

Trying to unlock a A50 wasn´t successfull. Now the phone is dead. Unfortunately I didn`t make a backup before unlocking. After the crash I tried to update the phone with WINSWUP, but WINSPUP doesn`t find the phone. Can anyone tell me if a new map file can help to solve the problem or what else will make the phone alive?

If u ve got ksie.. then... You can create map from log using ksie itself. And you can write back that map to ph using ksie even.

This should solve your problem. I ve posted my style of c45 revival. You can try that method instead. Search for all my posts.

but for reparing damaged eeprom (if u did not made a back-up or original one) map sollution is not only necessary...is the only sollution

For A50,,,make "dongle" and use Jordik Tool For A50,,,

For C55,,,use "SIM" (a50/c55) tool,,,remove resistor (test point),, make BACKUP of ful flash,,,EEprom,,,And Language,,,then flash your c55 with PACHED (unlocked) flash...now the phone is UNLOCKED...
(UNLOCKED FLASH is BACKUP from unlocked c55)

If something go wrong yuo have original backup

firstlly i charged my batt. full (for this i unplug my battery from phone and i connected it directly to charger with any electric cable) then i used all34 210 to write M5090101.flx to my phone then i used eeproom tools for writing m50.eep files to writing my phone. i unlocked it maxims unlocker and then i flashed it again with winswup and then:) i unlocked it with maxim unloacker and my phone is living:)

i'm having some troubles with a M35! yesterday ive tryed to do a software update to this little bastard and he run out of life!!! now only flashes the screen and sudenly shutz off... :(
well, this aint the first time on this kind of mobile... but the only diference is that im using winXP... many of my mobileware dont work here as they say: "the data is invalid"

does someone here have any SW that workz on winXP...

there r unlock businesses on the net which can give u the unlock code for any siemens just by IMEI no network code is needed like with the nokia, I received unlock code for M46 and A56 from www.westerna.org they offered siemens unlocking by code for a short time but it is off again for some reason, it was 15 euro each. and they give excellent support answer every email right away.
I hope they start again soon, anyone knows another company who offers siemens unlocking by IMEI?

each c56 has his own unlock code which is generated thru the unique IMEI. not one code is the same, u must post the IMEI, but I doubt anyone can help u (for free) since Siemens C56 unlock codes r not fot free, usually each one cost about 15 eur.

Cheers m8 for info, I did not know if it could be done by code, will kep in mind next time only thought codes for nokia only ho well i learn something new every day. the phone is a siemens A50 and the cable i used i got from ebay and software my m8 [email protected] got me it all i had to do is click brutt force on the program to get info then click unlock. I am not in to this sort off stuff i use for nokia unlocking clip for my other stuff but just starting out on the dongel software whcih i just got to unlock by code for nokia's. still learning this sort of stuff but will be looking in to finding out more info on unlocking by code doe the siemens ect, to learn more so i can help other on my houseing est, thanks for the tip my freind any info is greatley helpfull to me right now to learn and understand this sort of line

hi,
do u have Ksie2 full software ? if you have it then select C55 & read the log, this log has all the details required to make the MAP file, but if you have the KSIE2 full then you dont have to upload the LOg here , u can calculate it by your self. if u dont have KSIE2 then PM me & i'll give you the link for it.

That's what I've been doing, but when I get as far as entering a PIN-code KSIE tells me the phone isn't powered up.

I had similar problem and got it to work when I found out that the cable was faulty, after taking apart the plug and attaching new cable all was ok, sometimes rx and tx is reversed.

Free software for all new Siemens WITHOUT Test Point.

supported phones:
C30, S40, C35, M35M S35M A35M A36M A40, A50, A55, 1168, C45, 2118, C55, 2128, S45, S55, ME45, SL42, SL45, SL55, 6688, MT50, M50, 3118.

works WITHOUT any Test Point or opening phone on all new models
- direct unlock all locks on all models by cable in 5 seconds
- unlock phone code on all supported models
- close SP-Lock to any network (for warranty phones)
- repair all dead phones (if is software fault)
- create backup MAP from phone
- create log map from any phone
- create unlocking map from log files
- read/write full flash (WITHOUT Test Point or opening)
- read/write EEPROM1 and EEPROM2
- read/write battery calibration parameters
- repair "Wrong Software" (on all models WITHOUT opening or Test Point)

Tested on C55, S55, A55, M46, successfully unlocked SL55 v. 7

INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO UNLOCK NEW SIEMENS:

Always Make backup,
first change bootloader, if you want to unlock direct (without
any testpoint) then select "new phones x5x", after that
in Unlocking Tab, choose what you want. (direct unlock
with saving MAP), and press Original Imei, wait 10 seconds until you see "OK"

voila.

You can, also, backup battery parameters, in Misc TAB,
and if anything goes wrong, you have backup of battery parameters, and full flash.

Important:

1. Connect cable to the computer but not to phone until the software says "waiting to power on the phone". Only then connect Phone and Power On.

2. Under "Configuration functions" you must choose boot type for different kind of phones:

a. Normal (old phones)
b. Patched bootcore (x5x with testpoint)
c. Bootcore bug (x5x phones w/o testpoint)

3. If software does not work on your computer, try another computer - Just Common sense.

All credit to mobilephonesgro, hope this is of help, suggest you always make a backup of battery parameters and the phone itself.

I have two questions:

1. WILL THIS WORK FOR (usa models) SIEMENS SL56 and S56 ?

2. WHICH CODE DO I ENTER TO UNLOCK THE SERVICE PROVIDER LOCK ?


Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, maybe someone can give me a yes or no answer if this software is compatible with usa models.

I really new at this but I believe that you use the 00012 to unlock the network lock (which might be the same as the service provider lock?). Would you be able to give me the codes for a C56 if I gave you my IMEI number ?

Hello,

I've seen you have helped many people with dead phones.
I tried to do some things on my own but without success.
For no specific reason the phone gave 'wrong software' in the display after 2 years of good operating. There was never a sim lock on the phone!

To be save I backed up the software with 'siemens s45/ME45 tools v1.2.
Then I backed up the map with the same tool
Then I downloaded a .bin file (software) from internet and wrote it to the phone. This was accidently soft for a S45i. Then on top of that I also hit the 'unlock' button in the same tool.
then I tried to write the .bin (softw) file that I backed up previously back to the phone. That worked but now the phone has a different/wrong imei nmbr. and it won't turn on at all.

I think I need a good soft bin file (+-6mb file) for a ME45_21 and a right map file with the correct imei and stuff.
here is the map file I backed up with the correct imei nmbr.

Is it possible to convert this map so I can write it back to the phone?

Also the backed up bin file. That is probably NOT ok since the problem started with this softw.

What can you do about a C35i that asks for you to insert SIM, when SIM card is in phone? Is this software or hardware fault?

First of all I'd clean off the board using chunckheads water damage technique!
It will clean off all dirst and get rid of any metal oxides that have formed on the contacts. It can be found in the forum FAQ!

then test it and then
Second reheat/reflow the board this will solve any dry solder joints.

Other than that mate I am no expert on seimens and so cannot tell you much bout the hardware just hope that an expert is reading!

People this is not a STUPID request forum to get what you want

DO SOME reading yourself and use GOOGLE

For C60/A60 you will need TESTPOINT if you never unlocked a phone.. or now asking how should it be done.. DO NOT START on it! you will kill your phone.. let experst do this..

Siemens via imei only is only available for couple phones and MAY NOT be asked in this thread READ the sticky thread! only in that thread..

if you have a dead phone.. well play with it.. can't get wrong anymore..
flash it full flash it.. flash eeprom (1 and 2 depening on phone modell) don;t forget to change imei back to original..
make sure you have full charged battery..

1. If it is possible to unlock, what information would you require? Is there a cost attached?
2. How can I update the firmware to enable the phones to be compatible on the Rogers AT&T network? Is there a cost involved?
3. Will the second PDA be able to operate in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) on the Mobitel network, where they use pay-as-you-go SIM cards?
4. Will the "XDA unlocking clip" work to consistently unlock any PDA?
